In Ghana labour law, if an employee wants to resign, you give 3months notice or you pay 3months equivalent to the company if you without notice. If the company fire you, they pay 3months salary before you leave.

one month notice is too much talk more of two month. What if i get a new job so my new employer have to wait two months before I join them. To me it a slavery strategy the 30k saving is just to keep you in the company for a very long time. 30k savings is to clip your wings and growth.

My colleague who resigned never got his savings though he informed two months earlier. It’s a strategy to also exploit employees. Workers might find loopholes to steal from you if you aren’t fair in your contract.
