Mer had every right to be upset, Amelia had every right to be upset.. Mer did not have the right to make Amelia feel like Derek was more of a loss for her than it was for Amelia.. Yes, Mer lost her husband, their kids lost their dad... but Amelia lost the only brother she ever had. Well it wasnt EXACTLY Penny's fault, she was partially responsible.. when the other doctors were listening to her, she should have reported it to the cheif.
