while ever we have a spineless bent government it will never happen . What we need to do is guard our coastline with navy war ships , warn them to turn back , if they dont then fire a few warning shots infront of the boats if they still don't comply and turn back just shoot the boats and let them sink . I'm sure if you go back in the history books we did this in world war 2 to protect our country
