thats not how it works, the bank wouldn't create that 1k, they'd loan the 1k likely from others peoples money and they'd charge interest (the interest is the money they "create")

how it actually works is one person deposits 1000 dollars the bank can then lend out 3000 based of that deposit and can charge interest on the money lended and that can be in one loan or a dozen as long as it doesn't exceed 3000 based of that 1000 originaly deposited
