@blackskullsreaper: 🤎 EXTRA-GOOEY CINNAMON ROLLS Ultra-soft, fluffy cinnamon rolls with a thick buttery cinnamon-brown sugar swirl, a gooey caramelized center, and rich cream cheese frosting melting into every warm layer. Makes: 12 rolls Prep: 25 minutes + rising Bake: 22–27 minutes Pan: 9×13-inch (23×33 cm) Oven: 350°F (175°C) ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ INGREDIENTS For the Dough: • 1 cup (240 ml) whole milk, warm • 2¼ tsp (7 g) instant yeast • ¼ cup (50 g) granulated sugar • 2 large eggs, room temperature • 6 tbsp (85 g) unsalted butter, melted • 4 cups (480 g) all-purpose flour • 1 tsp salt Extra-Gooey Cinnamon Filling: • ½ cup (113 g) unsalted butter, very soft • 1 cup (200 g) packed dark brown sugar • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon • 1 tsp vanilla extract • Pinch of salt Secret Gooey Pour: • ½ cup (120 ml) heavy cream, slightly warmed Cream Cheese Frosting: • 4 oz (113 g) cream cheese, softened • 4 tbsp (57 g) unsalted butter, softened • 1 cup (120 g) powdered sugar • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 1–2 tbsp (15–30 ml) heavy cream • Pinch of salt ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ METHOD 1. Add warm milk, yeast and sugar to a large bowl. Stir, then add eggs and melted butter. 2. Add flour and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms, then knead for 7–9 minutes until smooth and elastic. The dough should remain slightly tacky—don't overload it with flour. 3. Transfer to a lightly greased bowl, cover and let rise for 60–90 minutes, or until doubled. 4. Mix softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and a pinch of salt into a thick cinnamon paste. 5. Roll dough into approximately an 18×12-inch (46×30 cm) rectangle. 6. Spread the cinnamon filling generously from edge to edge. 7. Starting from the long side, roll into a snug log. Cut into 12 thick rolls. 8. Arrange in a buttered 9×13-inch baking dish, leaving a little room between them. Cover and rise for another 30–40 minutes until noticeably puffy. 9. Just before baking, slowly pour the slightly warm heavy cream around and between the rolls. Don't pour it directly over their tops. 10. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 22–27 minutes. The tops should be lightly golden while the centers remain exceptionally soft and gooey. Avoid overbaking. 11. Beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, salt and enough heavy cream to make a thick, creamy frosting. 12. Let the rolls rest for about 8–10 minutes, then generously spread frosting over the still-warm rolls so some melts naturally down into the swirls. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ PRO TIPS • Dark brown sugar gives the centers a deeper, stickier caramel flavor. • Keep the dough soft and slightly tacky for genuinely fluffy rolls. • The warm heavy-cream pour is the key to extra-moist, gooey centers. • Don't bake until dry or deeply browned—the middle rolls should remain pillowy and moist. • Frost while warm for that messy, bakery-style melted cream cheese finish. ❤️ Save, #CinnamonRolls #dessert #Baking #Homemade #FoodLovers
