A slave would not have to worry about that. Everything is managed for them and they wouldn’t need to make any choices. Time management, facing challenges that require you to perform, discipline in meeting scheduled objectives are all necessary parts of leading a life where you own up to your future. A free man in fact lives a more stressful but also more dignified life than a slave who just has to obey and not worry about a thing. Stress is not your enemy and should not be avoided. Stress is the sign your system is facing pressure and pressure is good for growth.
