Oven-Baked Chicken with Potatoes Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, curry powder, turmeric, and a finely chopped onion. Arrange the potato slices in a baking dish, place the chicken pieces on top, pour the seasoning mixture over them, and add half a cup of broth. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake at 200°C until cooked through. Then, remove the foil and switch on the broiler for 10 minutes until the chicken turns golden brown; sprinkle with a little parsley for garnish.
