@animefable45: No-Knead Homemade Bread Recipe (Simple Kitchen Recipe) Ingredients 4 cups all-purpose flour /about 500 g/ 1 packet active dry yeast /2 1/4 teaspoons or 7 g/ 1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 cups warm water /about 350 ml, warm but not hot/ 2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil Instructions In a large mixing bowl, add the warm water, sugar, and yeast. Stir gently and let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes, until it becomes foamy. Add the olive oil and salt. Stir to combine. Add the flour and mix everything with a spoon until you get a soft, sticky dough. No kneading is needed. Cover the bowl with a clean towel or plastic wrap. Let the dough rise for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size. After the dough has risen, gently stir it a few times to release the extra air. Transfer the dough to a greased loaf pan or a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Cover again and let it rest for another 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 400°F / 200°C. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown on top. Let the bread cool slightly before slicing. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Save this recipe for late.
