@dailymailuk: An Irish councillor has gone viral after accidentally turning a serious announcement into a horror film 😭👻 Councillor Joe Behan found himself TikTok-famous after adding a spooky soundtrack to a video captioned: “Bad news for many people in County Wicklow today.” He was actually talking about rent rises in Wicklow which are scary enough without the horror-movie music💀 The clip has now racked up more than one million views, with his follower count soaring to nearly 1,000. Proof that sometimes all it takes to go viral is the wrong sound at the right time 😂 We share funny clips UK news daily, don't miss out - follow for more! #uknews #wicklow #ireland #viralclips
