@hushrose30: Peru is celebrating Jimin's birthday like it is a national holiday. As BTS performs in Lima for the very first time since their 2013 debut, Korean and Peruvian fans have turned the whole city into one giant birthday party for him. And the wildest detail? An entire train in Lima now runs through the city wrapped in his photos and birthday messages. The plan is huge on every level. Korean fans took over LED screens near San Marcos Stadium for a full month starting October 1, added a week of ads in Campomarte starting October 7, and will hand out 40,000 birthday slogans at the final show on October 10. The crowd will hold them up and sing a birthday song together right as Jimin speaks. Peruvian fans matched the energy with four different celebratory videos across four major spots in Lima over four days, a giant billboard near the stadium since October 6, streetlamp banners around the venue, and an LED truck driving around during the show. But the biggest gift is not even on the ground. It is in the sky. On October 9, a birthday show using 350 drones will light up the Costa Verde coast, spelling out love for Jimin above the ocean. Add the train project, called A Train of Love for Jimin, and you get a city pulling every possible trick for one man's special day. This all lands because the wait was thirteen years long, with Peru even renaming a street BTS Avenue before the group arrived. A boy from Busu now watches an entire country celebrate his birth. Thirteen years of waiting turned into a week of pure love, and it could not happen to a kinder star. So ARMYs, which moment would make you cry first, the train covered in his face, 40,000 voices singing, or 350 drones over the sea? Drop your pick in the comments, and share this with a Jimin fan who needs to see how Peru shows love. #Jimin #BTS #ARMY #Lima #HappyJiminDay
