@laughandgrindofficial: Gypsy Rose: WHY WASN’T THE BROWN SUBSTANCE TESTED IMMEDIATELY? It always comes down to safety and protocol. That will always trump anything else. #trending #ken #kenurker #test #protocol
Because the movie was called "The Act". I doubt Kens dead.

That should have been an important part of the investigation. It absolutely should have been tested at some point.

Yes absolutely right. I don’t know about Louisiana, but in Virginia in circumstances where substances are questioned to have been a contributing factor of death, possible ingestion, when substances do not show up in the initial testing, possibilities of how it was ingested & that possibly affecting the testing w/ fentanyl etc., (airborne, touching, etc.) In these situations the body is then sent to a poison control center for an extensive autopsy and to document the exact chemicals/substances found in the body to possibly track it back to others that may have died from the same substance, in hopes to track it back to where it’s coming from. Do you know if this is a procedure done in Louisiana/Ken’s case?

From my experience the discovery of an unknown substance legally requires law enforcement to secure the location as a hazardous crime scene. During the investigation into my BIL passing, a HAZMAT team performed a preliminary field identification on a powder found inside his vehicle, which tested positive for carfentanil. This immediate identification allowed the team to safely contain the hazard, However, the severity of the contamination rendered the vehicle and all personal property inside entirely unsalvageable. Following scene containment, the material was secured under strict protocols for transport to the police forensic lab for final legal testing, and detectives promptly informed our family at the hospital of these preliminary findings

The police may not have released parts of what was done till the toxicology report is finished. It’s still under investigation. They keep things from the public for a reason.
