Could you please share your opinions on ways to reduce tretinoin side effects? I tried the sandwich method, lowering the concentration etc. but the best one turned out to be washing it off after around 30-60 minutes which I guess is called "short contact therapy". I would love to know more especially about that, how that method affects the efficiency? What would you advise? Thank you for all the information.

i was suffering for 30+ years and no doctor ever prescribed me azelaic acid until i started using someone else’s and it cleared my skin up. i have ben so so failed by doctors in the uk with regards to my skin. I now buy tretinoin from turkey and won’t ever speak to a uk doctor about my acne again becausenyy it is a waste of everyone’s time. i wish i’d have had access to a doctor like you but it just isn’t realistic xx

Hello - thanks so much for this info ☺️I think I accidentally put tretinoin across my eyelids as they are now dry, flaky and irritated. Do you have any tips on how to treat this (I have stopped using any actives for now while it’s irritated). Thanks!
