@dw.africa: Ghanaian President John Mahama has commended Kenyan President William Ruto for what he described as the remarkable progress of Kenya’s housing program. Speaking at a public event in Accra, Mahama said Ghana could learn from Kenya’s approach as it seeks to address its own housing shortage. He called for broader support to help tackle the country's housing challenge, which is estimated at 1.8 million units. Ghana is expected to earmark 1 billion cedis (about $85 million) in its 2027 budget to support the development of affordable housing. #dwafricasocialmedia #ghanatiktok🇬🇭 #ghana #kenyantiktok🇰🇪 #kenya
