This should not be allowed in a court of law. It’s not about anyone logically thinking it was actually the victim speaking. It’s about the emotional response it evokes that can twist a judge’s judgment

The words are different so transcriptions even with an ai indicator would be different right? A sister saying ‘my brother would say’ should be treated differently than a disservice of a recreation saying ‘I believe this’

It has different emotional impact. even if we KNOW its not really him, it can cause a different emotional response than just showing a picture and saying " I think theyd say-" medium of the message matters.

At that point, why don’t we just let the AI be the lawyers and AI be the judge and AI be the jury? Why don’t we remove cumin from the whole process of Justin will remove human emotion human sympathy, human sense of justice and will just go with AI.

Jesus Christ every year I find the US government and court systems to be more of a joke, how the hell is anyone supposed to rely on these systems to help when we’ve got judges getting fooled by ai, ice is abducting citizens due to there race or there accents, hell if you live anywhere that isn’t a city you gotta be dating the judges daughter to not get harassed
