I was bullied so much for undiagnosed autism! My parents never told me, my school never told me- and they knew. My autism was kept secret from me because they thought I wouldn't want a label??? I grew up thinking I was broken and alone with NO explanation as to why I was so different

It was literally like an epiphany when I realised that I was autistic at 35 After a lifetime of going mad in a state of constant identity crisis wondering why I felt so alien I finally had an anchor on which to learn and build from.
