@rockchoir: 𝟵𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗩𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 '𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱' 𝗯𝘆 𝗡𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲 ⭐️ During the summer, over 9,000 Rockies came together across the UK and Ireland for 19 very special Rock Choir Summer Sessions! And now, we're so excited to share the result! 🤩 Led by our brilliant Choir Leaders, our members gathered in beautiful local venues to learn a unique arrangement of the powerful anthem 𝙁𝙚𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙂𝙤𝙤𝙙 by Nina Simone. With its roots in the civil rights movement of the 1960s, the song carries a message of resilience, pride and freedom, brought to life by thousands of voices singing together. Accompanied by our Choir Leaders on piano, each session was also an opportunity to enjoy some acoustic versions of our much-loved Rock Choir repertoire, making the most of the incredible acoustics in each venue. This special video brings together all 19 Summer Sessions, uniting the voices of over 9,000 Rockies in one unforgettable performance of Feeling Good. We couldn't be prouder of every single member who took part. ❤️ #RockChoir #FeelingGood #RockChoirSummerSessions #NinaSimone
