Tijesu Adeyi :
I don't care whether this is content or real life, but as a business owner, there are certain things you don't do because of your brand and reputation, whether you think you're right or wrong.
I swear, Temmy of Lagos really fell my hand. We shouldn't be meeting you in this kind of situation, honestly.
Make it make sense. Smart BM wants to buy a car for his new girlfriend, and simply because you know she's his ex-girlfriend, you go behind him to negotiate with her, telling her you'll collect the ₦10 million from him and give it to her instead of giving him the car, all because you believe she didn't benefit anything from their relationship?
Even if it's content, this is not the kind of thing we should be associating with Temmy of Lagos. You're a businessman dealing with millions, if not billions, of naira. That kind of business comes with trust, integrity and a reputation to protect.
And let's be honest, about 80% of us knew you online before we ever knew you offline. That means the way you conduct yourself online influences how we perceive you in real life.
Now imagine I'm your client, and I have issues with my ex. You know she's my ex, and she comes to you to negotiate a deal. Are you going to collect the money I'm supposed to pay you for a car and give it to her instead, simply because of your personal opinion about our past relationship?
I'm sorry, o, but Temmy of Lagos, you really fucked up with this one. Whether it's content or reality, you're playing with the trust people have in your brand, and that's not something to take lightly.
