Typical Toyota they have no steel in their metal is just pure can metal the more they touch the salt from upstate or north they are doomed. They rest like hell.

You’ve got to do regular underbody washes in the winter followed by applying some sort of protective coating like fluid film or New Hampshire oil. IMO it’s equally as important as oil changes

A 2015 vehicle with 40,000 miles is crazy - we’re heading into 2027 - it hasn’t even been driven 3500 miles per year? What - did they only drive on salted roads and through ocean tides?
