Back in 1985, I was 10. My friends and I found a new white Cadillac all the way in the woods. No roads nearby. The inside was red. Rural Tennessee. It wasn’t there when we came back days later.

Around 2 or 3 in the morning we heard grunting, snarling, huffing, and puffing for at least 20 minutes right outside our tent. The next morning we saw tortoise tracks right outside.

My last camp trip was a rough one. I decided to go into the tent at night it was dark without the flashlight and after I got in I saw something furry come in after me. I screamed of course and my partner came with a flashlight & it was someone’s black cat! It started purring have zero cares I screamed & just made itself at home.

The one and only time I camped in woods I the middle of nowhere (alone), I was woken in the middle of the night by a scraping, sliding sound. Something moving stealthily along the side of the tent. Lay petrified in pitch darkness for several minutes, then grabbed torch and looked. Hedgehog.
