so theres actually a really easy reason why we were annoyed by the amount of Lincoln Park in the mv and also the lack of true damage in the mb, actually 2. So the first one is between the two of them one is an in house riot band made out of in game characters. The second one is that we've been waiting YEARS for a true damage comeback, and its just t1 glaze. and a worlds mv SHOULD be T1 glaze dont get it twisted, but by that respect thats shouldn't be the true damage comeback, or at least not the only song they're coming back with

i liked it a lot. i wish MV could have obviously had the band together on screen at least a bit, but it’s a worlds song and the players (be it a normal player or the actual e-sports player) have always been the focus to worlds songs. so im not sure why them being a focus this year is any different. faker was never the entire focus in any others— he’s just portrayed in other songs as something that has to be overcome bc he’s as strong as he is bc that’s the reality 😭

Honestly League fans are the absolute worst at trying to appease. This year's complaint is "there's so much faker". Heavy is the crown "Had too much Linkin Park and not enough faker". Last year's complaint was "it doesn't scream like Worlds songs usually do". Riot knows they can't please everyone so they focus on the talent they can get and what they can do
