@whowetrustreport: Preschool is supposed to be a safe place. Former Childswork preschool teacher Yonathan Ortiz, 20, was arrested in Portland on September 28. Portland police listed charges including first-degree sodomy, first-degree sexual abuse, using a child in sexually explicit conduct, luring a minor and endangering a minor. KPTV reported that a judge ordered him held without bail on October 8. Prosecutors reported eight additional referrals under investigation—not eight additional filed charges. Charges are allegations. Presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
