I have just noticed the rapid eye movement, wondering if anybody else noticed it. I know the majority of us have our eyes closed during meditation, so it’s interesting although a little creepy to see this now.

Thank you Pamela for the meditation live last night. I felt very relaxed after wards. I normally wake up a couple times during the night, but not last night. I woke up with some energy and not needing several cups of coffee just to get going . I just want you to know that I appreciate the time and energy you bring to your platform ❤️
