@alissagioia: It was my first time visiting Disneyland in the US! I’ve been to Disneyland Paris so many times over the years and always loved it but visiting the original Disneyland has been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember. Opening in 1955 in Anaheim, California, it was the very first Disneyland and the one that started it all. Growing up watching and loving all the Disney movies, finally getting to experience it in person felt so special.
