When your mind is racing, your heart is loud, or your body feels tense — try butterfly tapping 🦋 Butterfly tapping helps shift your body out of fight or flight and back into a neutral, grounded state. By tapping left → right, you’re creating bilateral stimulation, which sends a safety signal to your nervous system. Your body wants to come back to calm. Sometimes it just needs a reminder 🤍🦋 #anxietyrelief #somatichealing #traumarecovery #mindbodyconnection #nervoussystemregulation Disclaimer: This content is shared for education, entertainment, support, and awareness — this does not substitute as therapy or clinical advice.
