@biggienerdzz: SCREAM actor C.W. Morgan has sadly passed away at the age of 72. Morgan was best known for playing Hank Loomis, the father of Billy Loomis, in Wes Craven’s original 1996 film. Morgan died on August 30 in Los Angeles County, according to medical examiner records. His exact cause of death has not yet been disclosed. Although his screen time in SCREAM was brief, Hank Loomis became an important part of the franchise’s backstory, with his affair with Maureen Prescott helping set the events surrounding Billy’s family and eventual killing spree in motion. Morgan also returned for a cameo in SCREAM 3. One of the smaller faces in SCREAM, but part of the history that helped build Woodsboro from the very beginning. Rest in peace, C.W.
