These creators that are acting as if this is not a big deal, are in for a rude awakening. They cannot comprehend how quickly legal fees add up. It’s clear the friends are not seeking monetary compensation from these people. If they were smart, they would delete all of their videos, make an apology post and move on.

I saw a different lawyer's video where he explained (better than I can replicate) that you can't state something that isn't subjective and then just claim its your opinion. "Patrick Clancy was a bad husband, and thats just my opinion" is fine because its subjective, but "Patrick Clancy killed his kids and that's just my opinion" = you're in big trouble. thry think "allegedly" is a magic word or something.
