If this does not work for whatever reason try this: 1. Bind crouch key to the same jump key (default setting space bar) 2. Practice with knife first. It was easier for me 3. Same distance as nats explained in the video 4. Press Spacebar (S), then crouch(C), then spacebar(S) fast. (If you play piano, it resembles a trill with just three notes) 5. You can combine this technique with s0m's silent double bunny hops since you don' make any sound at all.
