if homes aren't currently selling, why are they building more? I'm in Georgetown and it feels like I have to go to Round Rock or Leander or Cedar Park a lot. those cities are nicer, have better roads, and more diverse shopping.

Supply is outweighing demand and the trajectory will continue as we see H1B holders vacate. Sounds like a losing proposition and I wouldn’t invest in the next year +.

dude this shits awful. it used to be so nice to go to the square every year for their events and now its disgusting everyone is rude and you will be smashed in with people. i wont be surprised if one day they have a disaster one of these years.
