Ive been watching this since day 1. I honestly dont know what to think. Do I want to think an Uncle would do that to his 5yr old niece no. But this happens everyday. Ive gone back and forth, could be him, could be the step-dad, could even be the bio mom of paitin selling her child for money. She I assumes would have a key, the dogs know her and she can bring her right back to make it look like someone else in the house did it. Im NOT pointing fingers, im just speaking on the what it's and could he's. It could literally be anyone in that house. At the same time I couldnt convict him by reasonable doubt because there is no smoking gun. Give me something!

ppl are judging him bc of his smug attitude keep in mind the kid was 19 at the time. Yes clearly his smug attitude in court does not help him but if he didn't do it he's smugness toward the prosecution & the courts make sense bc in his mind well he didn't do it & he's to nieve to understand that even innocent ppl get found guilty. But if you notice anytime his neice is brought up he gets emotional which shows he cares, the same way he preformed cpr, ran into the hospital w/her, they even swabbed his thing & her DNA was not founf on him. I'm sorry but I do not believe he did it I 100% believe the grandfather did.
