@1am_nori: T’as déjà pensé à arrêter le trading ?

🖤 Day 10 of our 31 days of Halloween Content warning: this one covers the Tate-LaBianca murders and cult abuse. I verify every case against public records and reputable reporting before I post it. The most dangerous man of the late 1960s never held the knife. Charles Manson was five foot two, a failed musician, a career criminal who had spent more than half his life locked up by the time he walked free in 1967. And he got other people to kill for him. He drifted into Haight-Ashbury and started collecting lost young people, mostly young women, runaways, kids who didn't belong anywhere. He gave them drugs, sex, and belonging, and then he gave them an enemy. He told them the Beatles were sending him secret messages about an apocalyptic race war he called Helter Skelter, and that his Family would survive underground and emerge to rule the world after. Out at Spahn Ranch he ran the full coercive control playbook, love-bombing and terror, isolation from the outside world, all of it, before most people had a name for any of it. In August 1969 he pointed that weapon at Los Angeles. On the night of August 8th he sent Tex Watson, Susan Atkins, and Patricia Krenwinkel to a house on Cielo Drive, with Linda Kasabian along as lookout. Five people died there, including actress Sharon Tate, who was eight and a half months pregnant. The next night Manson went along himself to the home of Leno and Rosemary LaBianca, tied the couple up, and then walked out and left his followers to finish it. He was convicted of nine murders without ever striking a blow himself, the seven Tate-LaBianca victims plus Gary Hinman and Donald Shea, killed on his orders too. A jury sentenced him to death in 1971, but the California Supreme Court invalidated the state's death penalty the next year and it became life in prison instead. He died behind bars in 2017, never once showing anything like remorse. And the testing backs up everything I'm telling you. In 1997 a forensic psychologist ran the full battery on him at Pelican Bay, including Hare's psychopathy checklist, and what came back was severe psychopathy, not some disorganized break from reality. Grandiose narcissism, callous manipulation, a persona built and rebuilt for whoever he needed to be, running on hypomanic charm instead of any real thought disorder. A malignant narcissist with people as props, which is exactly what a sociopath is, by the way. The Family wasn't madness. It was management. This is narcissistic control at full scale, and I need you to see the pattern because it doesn't only happen on ranches. He didn't need a weapon because people were the weapon. Find the lost ones, love-bomb them, cut them off from everyone else for their own good, decide who's good and who's the enemy, and make the cruelty feel righteous. Every cult leader runs it. And every abuser runs the smaller version in living rooms every single day. If someone in your life is your whole world and also the reason you're afraid of the rest of it, that is not love. That is control. Quick note from me: everything I share here applies to everyone. Men can be abused. Women can be abusers. This is about behavior, not gender. 🖤 #truecrimetok #charlesmanson #culttok #31daysofhalloween #fypシ
