If you’re gonna be miserable in healthcare because it’s a high stress environment and you can’t do it then simply don’t do this job, and I’ve met plenty of nice nurses and scrubs who aren’t miserable so why are other people 🤨

Omg!! My biggest hater is a 55 year old women! She gets pissed at me for taking all of my breaks (I have a medical condition that I have to take meds for) and it is WILD that she constantly pushes for me to take later breaks or skip them because she’s “overworked” while I’m on break. Like giiiiirrrrllll chill out. If I can be fine while your on break you can be fine while I’m on break.

I’ve been in nursing situations like that, just remember how that feels and never treat anyone else like that. It’s like high school for sure…but worse because you’re in a situation where you’re supposed to be helping people and working together for the same goal but some people forget that.
