Watch one request move through a real agent — and finally see who does what. 👇 You type: "book me a flight." ✈️ Here's everything that fires: 1️⃣ The Brain thinks — it doesn't answer, it plans: what do I need? Search, Calendar, Weather… booking comes later. 🤔 2️⃣ It fans out and calls those tools in parallel — not one by one. Search runs, Calendar checks, Weather loads. ⚡ 3️⃣ 🔁 Search comes back empty… so the Brain re-plans and retries. THIS is the part that makes it an agent and not a fixed script — it can loop. 4️⃣ Results merge, the Brain decides: can I proceed? → YES ✓ ✅ 5️⃣ It calls the Booking API → POST /book → 200 OK. 🎟️ 6️⃣ The final answer writes itself: Flight booked ✈️ · confirmation sent · calendar updated. 📩 Now the part everyone gets confused about — three tools, all named "Lang," doing three completely different jobs: 🟢 LangChain = builds the components. The Lego blocks — the LLM, prompts, tools, memory. It hands you the pieces. (That's the dotted box around the tools.) 🟣 LangGraph = orchestrates the agent. The Brain itself — plan → route → decide → loop. It's the graph that gives your agent state and control. (That's the pill on the Brain.) 🟡 LangSmith = observes every run.
