I keep seeing orbs I thought I was loosing my mind 😳

Claudia Whitehawk :

When I get into deep meditation modes, I see smoky, shimmery shapes. Often staring right at me. Then I get flashes of real life situations.

I always get these weird sensations going through my body, like vibrations. I can't even explain it. I literally have to stop whatever I am doing and allow them to subside
