I like both of y’all’s videos. I agree, as anyone who has an inkling of Iranian history would know, the Qajars were abysmal. However I don’t think she was discussing her family heritage as a flex, it was related to someone claiming that because her family was entangled with the Pahlavi monarchy, that blurred her perspective toward the regime and in turn made her support western intervention to topple the government which she was trying to explain that despite her family being ousted after the revolution, they did what they did and apparently still do, for the love of the country. Obviously the conclusion we can all speculate on the true motives. Regardless, I liked the mini history lesson on how incompetent the Qajars were lol
