@nbcnewyork: PART 1 OF 2: Newly released NYPD bodycam video shows the moments after an ICE-involved shooting in Manhattan. DHS says agents were trying to apprehend Oscar Belgal when he “rammed” their vehicles. NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch says Belgal was pulling into a parking space when plainclothes federal officers approached with guns drawn. Belgal was shot with his 5-year-old child in the back seat. The child was not hurt, and Belgal is expected to be OK. Watch Part 2 for more of the newly released bodycam footage.
