ULTIMATE FUDGEY BROWNIES 🍫🤎 Make sure you save this for the recipe to come back to! * 185g salted butter * 185g dark chocolate * 100g plain flour * 40g cocoa powder * 50g white chocolate * 50g milk chocolate * 4 eggs * 150g soft light brown sugar * 125g caster sugar * 150g biscoff spread Step 1. Add the chocolate and butter into a bowl and heat until melted, stirring occasionally (either on the hob over a saucepan or in the microwave). Leave to cool down. Step 2. Crack your eggs into a large mixing bowl, add both caster and brown sugar into the eggs. Whisk the mixture until it becomes thick (almost like a milkshake). Step 3. Sieve your flour and cocoa powder to remove any lumps. Step 4. Pour the cooled melted chocolate and butter into the eggs and sugar. Stir slowly and gently, folding the mixture together without losing too many air bubbles. Step 5. Sieve the cocoa and flour mixture into the wet ingredients, again mixing slowly and gently. It’ll be dry and dusty, but keep going gently and it will soon become fudgey! Step 6. Mix in the milk and white chocolate chunks, just enough for them to be spread throughout the mixture. Step 7. Line your square baking tray and add your brownie batter. Pour over melted biscoff spread and swirl into the top. Step 8. Place in the oven on your centre shelf, around 160-180 degrees on a fan oven for 20-30 minutes. (This will depend on how deep your batter is, the oven you’re using and how gooey/fudgey you want your brownies). Take them out of the oven when they’re still slightly wobbly in the middle. Leave them to cool, and let them set in the fridge overnight. Thank me later 🍫🤎 #brownies #fudgeybrownies #biscoffbrownies #bestbrownies #browniebites
