@whiteplatesbyalli: spicy garlic vodka pasta 🍝 the kind of cozy pasta I want on repeat as we head into fall. creamy, garlicky, a little spicy, and so easy to make at home. ingredients: olive oil white onion, diced (shallot works too!) @Spice World Inc Italian herb & garlic 1 can tomato sauce (tomato paste works great too) vodka salt & pepper heavy cream parmesan red pepper flakes pasta of your choice recipe: heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the onion until soft. add @spiceworldinc minced garlic and cook for another minute. stir in the tomato sauce and let it simmer for a few minutes. add vodka and let it cook down for 2–3 minutes. lower the heat and stir in heavy cream, then season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. add freshly grated parmesan and stir until creamy. toss in your favorite pasta, adding a splash of pasta water as needed until silky and glossy. finish with more parmesan and black pepper, then cozy up with a bowl. 🤍 #ad #pasta #delicious #homemade #garlicpasta
