Saving this. Because we’re having our 4th baby and I keep telling my husband we need a bigger house. We need this we need that. He keeps telling me not every kid has to have their own bedroom. I’ve always struggled with contintment.

My great grandparents and my aunt had 1000-1200 sq foot homes. We packed 30-40 of us in it at holidays and we made it work! No one complained. We enjoyed it.

Oh wow. Needed this so incredibly much. We have 3 kids in a 3 bed 2 bath home. I FEEL like we have no choice but to have more room but I adore this home. This rewired my brain in a special way! Thank you!

YES absolutely true. We homeschooled our boys in the early 90's and were deeply criticized. All 3 are on the top end of the world's definition of successful. We don't care about that. Are they good husbands and fathers? Yes, absolutely. Kill the family- society is done.

We own 3 vehicles. 2009, 1999, & 1993 and are all paid off. We have no actual debt. We dont own a home. We live with my dad and pay 900$ a month. We are a one income family and make just enough to get by. I dont see how people are living the way they are 🥹 its hard barly scraping by!

Thank you. I’m grateful this came up on my feed now. My husband and I had one of our finance check-ins we do today and I got so frustrated because no matter how hard we work it’s seems like everyone around us just has it better. I don’t know their situation and frankly it’s shouldn’t matter. My husband and I DO have it made. We have a 3b2ba home as well (even tho it seems so small sometimes), 2 beautiful kids, no car payment (we drive old vehicles), no debt besides a mortgage, jobs we both enjoy, good health, and we get to be with each other on the weekends and evenings. We are truly blessed. Thank you for reminding me to have an attitude of gratitude!

This translates into women, myself included, who are never happy with the way we look. so we go out and spend thousands and thousands and thousands on makeup, skin products, Hair dying/cuts/extensions, Botox, liposuction, waxing, nails, spray tans, facelifts, facials, laser therapy, cosmetic surgeries, mommy makeovers, butt lifts, b*ob jobs, vag*nal reconstruction, and the list goes on and on and on. CAN WE PLEASE, AS WOMEN, START EMBRACING WHO WE ARE AND HOW GOD MADE US EACH UNIQUE, BEAUTIFUL AND SPECIAL?! Imagine how much we could save and pass down to the next generation if we stop being so self-centered and superficial!!!

I feel this so strongly. We have a three bedroom house, drive 10+ year old cars we own, etc. We live in a WEALTHY area. There is always “more” around the corner and I think it’s so important to be content with what we have. And we have zero financial stress because we live super below our means. We have what we need
