I had a teacher tell me I'd end up being nothing but pregnant and barefoot in the kitchen. thank you I worked and ended up a branch manager for an internal company [Laugh approved]

That's hit really deep. 4 years ago, when I was dealing with a divorce and domestic violence, physically mentally and emotionally instead of becoming the person that was hurting me which a lot of people do. I continue to try to be myself and better myself by reflecting on what made me accept everything and also understanding what I deserve. But while I was going through my healing journey, I helped other people on the way, I made people's life change and I also help others have strength through their battles. Just by my words of encouragement not having to tell them everything I went through. But a few I did have to becase they needed someoneto relate or know that I knew that difficult path to feel like it's possible to be safe or simply free. I do believe everything happens for a reason and I also do believe God puts people in our paths... I believe we're meant to help and serve people. There is a big difference in letting someone take advantage or mistreat! so on this subject of being someone to speak words to people. i'm grateful for everyone that walk in my path that helped 🙏 me through where I am now. the physical ones and even the ones that just was there to talk to me through it even the strangers that had me cross paths with! (also thank you for your videos they really and grounded I appreciate them as do many others.)

I lost m5 friend when I was 5 and he was 4 my own dad tell me I killed my best friend because I kept biting him. I was 5 years old and im 46 and Im still hurt over it. I was 13 before I even told anyone about it and knew I didnt kill him. I hate my dad for this

Yup many people especially the ex bf and I say this proudly ex bf he would always tell me that no one wants someone who has 5 kids. Or to hear my dad hated I was a girl first! I’ve sort of learned to let that one go but it still hurts.

Yes my brother and Mom calling me fat and telling me to exercise - became anorexic - recovered but the anxiety stuck and now I drink heavily at 39. All I think about is not gaining weight and fighting that voice that tells me I am ugly. I fight it with alcohol because it quiets everything
