Nobody tells you this, but your neck has a lot to do with how your face looks. Come here for more — @tati.kinesiology 👈 Think about it. Your head sits forward all day over a phone, the front of your neck shortens, circulation slows down, and everything below the jaw starts to look heavier and puffier than it actually is. Four simple variations. That’s it. And they work on: ✅ the muscles under the jaw that hold everything up ✅ circulation and puffiness around the face and eyes ✅ tension you’ve been carrying in your neck for years ✅ your posture — because your head finally sits where it should I’d rather you do these four minutes a day than buy another cream. 📌 Save this and send it to someone who lives on their phone #neckmobility #facialtension #posture #SelfCare #mobility
