@anthonycsantana: Nobody bet on the man in that photo. They called me a selfish addict. Said I didn't want help. Said I'd waste your time. I was homeless, addicted, and counted out. I believed them for a long time. Today I go back to the streets with food in my hands and a team beside me. Every person I serve is who I used to be. Who I am now is who they could become. The person you walk past today could be the one feeding your city five years from now. You won't know which one. So show up for all of them. Send this to someone who's been counted out. Then tell me in the comments: who refused to give up on you? #recoveryispossible #homelessoutreach #WeDoRecover #losangeles #nevergiveup
