A pastor I know unfortunately lost his wife that self committed. He had to stand in front of his congregation and address this because people had the audacity to talk to other congregation members saying she went to Hell. I couldn’t imagine.

My cousin committed due to ongoing abuse in her relationship for years that none of us knew, when my uncle found her she had a Bible beside her and an apology letter to those she loved, idk but I feel she made heaven her home and was tired of the life she had on this earth.

Once saved always saved. J Vernon McGee spoke on this life long bible teacher. I don't know or heard anyone that was close to him. Again once saved always saved.

My brother was 14 years old still a child when he took his life. I always found comfort in the thought that only God was there in those last moments.

Only Jesus is the only one who can make that decision. I think people don’t understand that he see’s the reasoning behind the decisions we make. He knows our circumstances.

Thank you for this. My Dad committed when I was a child. I was old enough to understand and I remember someone telling me this. As teenager I turned away from God and went through 1 of the hardest times of my life. Since then I have recommitted my life to Jesus and He has given me a peace that I will see my Dad again in heaven. 🤍

That’s true! It’s a sin like any other. If you die before you say your prayers having committed any other sin do you go to hell? Of course not! If you’re saved, you are SAVED! You had struggles, but that doesn’t mean the Holy Spirit isn’t with you!
