Girl the council have left me similar, the old tenant put a bath in (on bricks) the flooring under the bath is mould. The bath leaks been waiting nearly a year for them to come out. I’m emailed the company three times that’s meant to do it and no response from them. I feel your pain ❤️

Don’t cut the wire(almost cut mine) 😂 is earthing it has to be there I’ve been told by my builder when we got our bathroom done, in case you drop some electrical item in the water you don’t get shocked 🤷🏼♀️

My housing bath is propped up on bricks behind the panel and they are aware 😬 I’ve had plumbers in who literally just go wtf and laugh 🤯 how come you’re getting a new bath?

Why are you doing up your housing association house? They should be helping you out with that. There’s new laws in place now. They won’t do anything for you. The solicitors that will take control of it.

I have just painted all mine after stripping about 10 layers of paint off, what the old tenant just painted straight over plaster so it just flaked everywhere, I am with HA and my bath panel is literally a peice of thin cardboard! I am going to rip it of tomorrow I need to know what’s under mine after watching yours haha!! And knowing theres dust and dirt under there xx

You should get the council out to do it ,they are meant to be replaced after 30 yrs & that panel is rotten .Buy your own stuff the. Get their workmen to put it in for you

If that is a cast iron bath with porcelain enamel keep it!! Much better quality than the plastic shite they're making today. You can have it re enamelled which would make it like brand new 🙏
