I had to go a week without any of my vitamins, because I had a surgery coming up. By the 4th day, my tendon snapped and by the 5th day, I was flaring and in pain like crazy. I’m going to say my vitamins.

My bubble tent. But- luckily the huge storm tore it down a few months ago and I just didn’t have it staked enough so hopefully I won’t ever have to! But if I had to replace it I’d not eat out for a few months to do it
