from my knowledge the show was planned out like all wrestling events. if the move was a part of the show then the team behind the show should get charged not the actor who thought he was performing a safe move

I wrestled for 10 years. it looked like an accident. he actually landed him very safely. it was a planned spot, cos ref was literally basing for the slam (one arm over the guys shoulder, other arm pushing off the guys thigh. he wouldn't base for a slam if he didn't know he was going to take one. ref was probably a former wrestler, or otherwise all refs are actually trained in basic wrestling. the ones in my promotion were all trained and do matches from time to time. this was a mishap. ref was more brittle than he thought he was. there should not have been any charges. it was an accident.
