im a cobbler, and when youre dealing with boot zippers, they tend to get even chunkier, and be anywhere between 5-7 size. It is a nightmare to find them when needed tho

I think I don't understand the use of the guage part. What difference does it make if one understands the right and suitable zippers for their project. I think the length of zipper is more understandable and thankful for.
