And that is SO weird to me. Somewhere along the way, we decided that if making money doesn’t look exhausting — it must not be “real work.” Work 60 hours a week, miss dinner with your family, come home exhausted and count down the days until your next vacation? “You’re such a hard worker.” 👏🏼🫪👏🏼 Make money from your laptop, work from home, build something online and have control over your own schedule? “Okay but… when are you getting a real job?” 😭 “isn’t that a scam?” WHY??? I used to think like this too. When I first saw people making money online, I genuinely thought there had to be a catch. Because I had spent my whole life believing money came from getting a degree, getting a job, clocking in, working your ass off and getting a paycheck every two weeks. Anything outside of that sounded fake. Until I finally stopped judging something I didn’t understand and learned how it actually worked. And I think that’s what changed everything for me. Because making money doesn’t become more respectable just because you were miserable while earning it. I don’t want a trophy for being exhausted. I want time with the people I love. I want random weekdays at home. I want to travel without begging for PTO. I want to make good money AND actually have a life to enjoy it. And if there’s a way to work differently… why the hell wouldn’t I want to learn it? We need to stop confusing struggle with success. If you’ve ever thought making money online sounded “fake” or wondered WTF people are actually doing, comment “HOW” & I’ll explain what I learned like we’re on FaceTime. 💛 Also… I wanna know: why do you think we respect money MORE when someone had to suffer to make it? 👀
