I wa with a guy that was this level of disrespectful. BUT he made it worse. I ate his families food, even thought it made me sick (lactose intolerant to the point of puking). HE DIDN'T EVEN TRY MY FAMILIES COOKING. Dude didn't even take a full bite of plain rice. I was so embarrassed and ashamed to have brought him home. The relationship did not survive another 2 weeks after that.

why are people so horrible.. I got asked on a date by a guy with celiacs and I researched the place he wanted to go, it wasn't safe. I texted him with 3 restaurants that were celiacs safe because nobody should spend weeks feeling sick after eating out once

Literally I would have slapped both of them, but my husband has never been a ah. When I was diagnosed, I cried for weeks. He learned how to cook things, and threw out anything he thought would make me sick

honestly biggest red flag. I'm in a wheelchair, I'd love to just go anywhere without plan but I can't. I need to plan, ask questions, and hope they were honest. that takes a lot and a partner is supposed to lessen the load not complain about you even jokingly. no matter if it's a mobility issue or celiac or anything else. I'm happy that this is just a skit
