You know what I call that? 😏 Being willing to see the truth about a thing in side yourself weather you like it dislike it or or are indifferent. I decided one day that I was to be willing to see the truth. I did a little pray to myself that I repeated some times until it locked in , a few times over couple days was the noticeable part. The reason this is so powerful it’s because it’s always something in yourself could potentially or possibly block you from seeing an obvious truth. So to be willingly at all times seeking the truth of any given thing. That action itself make you aware of things you had blocked out the truth. It’s always because of a fear and a narrative we have to support that fear… so yeah, nips a lot of things in the butt , all at once. Yes that most most modern mantra , I used to get new ones every year or two - this one I’ve had for nearly 4 years. When it’s completed I know it because a new one comes. Core intentions I call these

This one has taken longer as it’s a much tougher. internal patterns of thought can lead to a narrative sounds . Looking for blindspots by setting the intention. For this case implanting 2nature system of willingness almost eagerness at times. Once the pattern is engrained you hardly notice it’s happening - meanwhile you are setting another core belief , that somehow came thru spirit which is deeply inside us. I’ve always been excited about this when it happens. It appears comes together in heart mind a spirit. A realisation came. A sum of sorts. It’s an ‘ self honesty game. The naming discomfort for what it means to you solution-wise boom materialised thru a self training hypnosis thing one can do.
