She was NOT cutting it as punishment, Bella’s hair would not grow… it happens to some kids and I’ve seen it firsthand. She was trimming Bella’s ends, and I’d assume she was trying to help her hair retain length by preventing breakage. Trimming doesn’t make hair grow faster, but it helps maintain healthy ends. Not everything is punishment. Y’all are assuming the worst without proof.

Why is this a problem? My mom used to keep our hair short because we were dirty/wild children. Once we learned to bathe ourselves, we got to grow our hair.
